Shaya Pay provides a platform utilizing passive NFC technology to facilitate digital identity verification and cashless payment processing for independent and informal workers.
All payments are processed through our third-party provider, Paystack. We do not store your credit card details. By using the payment features, you agree to Paystack's terms of service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. Shaya Pay cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.
In no event shall Shaya Pay, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
